About this design
A toga, a scroll and a very long wait.
The story behind it
Ancient Rome loved its libraries. The first public library in the city opened around 39 BC, and by imperial times there were dozens, full of papyrus scrolls kept in wooden cabinets. In AD 79 the eruption of Mount Vesuvius buried a whole villa library at Herculaneum, and its charred scrolls waited nearly two thousand years until scientists began reading them with X-ray scans.
Proposed colors: Natural
Mockups show the print at true scale on a size M tee. Colors are proposed, not final.
