About this design

The story behind it
Saint Joseph, the husband of Mary and the foster father of Jesus, is honored as the head of the Holy Family. The Gospels tell us what he did: he took Mary into his home, protected the Child, led the family to Egypt and back, and worked as a craftsman in Nazareth, yet they never record a single word he said. The Church honors him on March 19 and, as Saint Joseph the Worker, on May 1.
