About this design
A finger to the lips, a butcher's apron and a calf on a rope.
The story behind it
Family legend says John Honeyman, a New Jersey weaver and cattle dealer, posed as a Loyalist butcher to scout the Hessian garrison before the Continental Army's surprise attack of December 26, 1776. The tale was first printed by his grandson in 1873, and no wartime papers back it up, so historians call it a legend. A really good spy leaves no paper trail.
Proposed colors: Natural
Mockups show the print at true scale on a size M tee. Colors are proposed, not final.
