About this design

A red felt cap, a sickle and a sheaf of wheat.

The story behind it

Saturnalia was the ancient Roman midwinter festival honoring the god of seed and sowing. It began on December 17. Romans held a public banquet, shouted "Io Saturnalia!", swapped small gifts such as wax candles and little clay figurines, and loosened everyday rules, with the pointed felt cap of a freed person worn by everyone. The wool bonds on the feet of the god's statue in his temple were untied for the festival.

Proposed colors: Natural

Mockups show the print at true scale on a size M tee. Colors are proposed, not final.
